As the Head of UK and Ireland at TBM Consulting Group Europe, Matthew leads strategic initiatives that deliver 3 to 5 times return on investment by embedding behavioural change and execution discipline into day-to-day operations. His approach connects strategy to the front line, ensuring measurable impact that is both immediate and sustainable.
Prior to joining TBM, Matthew held senior leadership roles in international consultancies and industrial organisations, including director and partner positions. He has led complex transformation programmes in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, delivering results such as productivity uplift, process efficiency, and margin expansion. As a trusted advisor to senior executives, he has worked across global markets to streamline operations, improve service levels, and drive leadership alignment.
